Contract signed with the City of Lohja for Cohousing in Finland

Hyviä uutisia; esisopimus Hyrsylän koulun kaupasta Lohjan kaupungin ja arkkitehti Pedro Aibéon välillä on tänään allekirjoitettu! Sopimuksessa ostaja (Aibéo) sitoutuu maksamaan lopullisen kauppasumman, kun sittemmin tuleva todennäköinen hallinto-oikeuden päätös valituksen kumoamisesta toteutuu. Nyt odotamme valituksen käsittelyä, jotta pääsemme sittemmin viimein kunnostamaan koulua.

Good news: the pre-contract between the City of Lohja and Architect Pedro Aibéo has been signed today. In the contract, the buyer (Aibéo) commits to pay the final sum when the cancellation of the complaint is decided by the administrative court. We are hopeful that the process will go on and we can start renovating and taking care of the school.
